"Effie" award for Hochland TV campaign in Russia

Hochland Russland has been awarded one of the most important awards in the advertising sector. Our TV spot titled "Teleportation", promoting Hochland spreadable processed cheese in tubs, won a silver medal in the category "food brands" at the Russian "Effie" competition. The ceremony took place in Moscow.

The "Effie/Best Brand" Award honors the most effective advertising campaigns and thus the major outstanding achievements in brand building on the Russian market. Our marketing campaign called "Teleportation" shows in a sympathetic way a little rivalry between brother and sister. The girl tries to wake up her little brother, but all her attempts are in vain. It is only when his mother presents the tasty, easy-to-spread Hochland processed cheese that the boy wakes up and is promptly transferred to the family breakfast by teleportation.

More than 200 companies of various business sectors applied for this year's Effie in Russia. Along with Hochland, silver prizes were given to some well-known food brands such as Lays chips and Kraft Foods Alpen Gold candies. Brand "Orbit" Wrigley chewing gum) was awarded a golden prize.

Hochland Russland was the only dairy company awarded in this year's competition.
