Once again, the German Agricultural Society DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft) has awarded Hochland with the PriMax award for the outstanding quality of their cheese products. Based on the results of the annual food quality tests, ten companies are awarded every year with the leading award in the Eu-ropean dairy sector. 2.884 dairy products sent in by 237 companies from 11 countries have been tested this year.

At the award ceremony during the DLG Food Fair at Darmstadt, Carl-Albrecht Bartmer, President of the DLG, said: "The laureate gives an example for the food sector in terms of quality awareness."

The DLG has presented the PriMax award to a total of ten German and foreign companies in the dairy industry since 1998. Hochland has been awarded for the 10. time.
